Gotta play catch up..

I started this blog because I thought it would be fun to keep up with the pregnancy and I also just love reading everyone elses :) Anyways, I haven't been doing a good job at it..but it's my goal to have an "interesting" blog. 

In the beginning of December, we had our first ultrasound and everything looked wonderful! I thought the heart beat was low, but the Dr. said that was ok.  Baby was measuring just one day behind..which is normal, right?

My dr. said she wanted to see me again in a few weeks so, we scheduled the next one on December 29th.  I was really nervous because over Christmas I was really sick and not keeping any fluids in me.  Luckily, I have a bad ass Dr. and she couldnt wait to do an u/s to check things out. 

Baby was measuring at exactly 9 weeks with a strong heart beat! The nausea is definitely paying off. We scheduled our next appointment where we will get to finally hear the heartbeat not just see it.  It's January 21st and I can hardly wait.
