So, I had a horrible experience at Kroger the other day. My friend told me that I could use 3 coupons per one item. She has been doing it for the last month, so I decided to try it. Shopped for an hour..got to check out adn the cashier say's they will be checking all coupons and the limit is one per item. Apparently they were giving giftcards to the extreme couponers (my friend) because she would go over in coupons. The cashier almost lost his job. Needless to say I walked out because the amount would be almost $400. No thank you. Just to give you an idea- this is what my cart looked like.
I went to wal-mart last night and price matched a ton of stuff on top my coupons. I ended up saving almost $50. Not bad for my first time :) I will continue to do that...no extreme couponing for this girl! If anyone has any good tricks let me know!
On a side note: Tenley slept from 8:30p-5:00a! Here is the big girl after her 5am bottle.
